You may return new products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Used products will not be refunded. Items not in original packaging, broken packaging, or missing packaging are subject to a $10/item restocking fee.  Customers will be billed for all mail that is undeliverable and/or refused. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receiving the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You can expect to receive a refund within four weeks during Holiday season.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges are also a breeze. Simply send back the product that you would like to return, and place a new order for the item in which you would like to exchange it for. We will send out the replacement pair right away.
